Private beta · Mac, with an iPhone app · October 2026

Fifty seats. Your network, kept on your Mac.

NexxusCRM is a personal CRM for people who manage their own network: contractors, freelancers, consultants, founders. It runs on your Mac and encrypts everything. The iPhone app syncs through a relay that only ever sees your data encrypted. The first build ships in October 2026 to a cohort of fifty.

What the first 50 get

  • A say in the roadmap. The first cohort decides what gets built next. Not a survey, a conversation.
  • The launch price, locked. Whatever NexxusCRM costs when it launches, the first 50 never pay more than that. No number yet. That is the point.
  • A direct line. Feedback goes to the person who wrote the code, and gets answered by them.

  • Gmail sign in with Google. Gmail connects with an app password for now

What you need

  • A Mac. Apple silicon or Intel, the build is universal.
  • Ollama, if you want the AI features. Optional. Apple silicon runs the local models comfortably; Intel will feel it.
  • Ten minutes to connect an email account and import your contacts.
  • An iPhone, if you want the phone app. Optional. It comes through TestFlight, and the getting started page has the link.
  • A willingness to tell us what is wrong with it.
